I will definitely do the same! =) There are many forms of defence. For starters, you can begin by staying fit! Eat moderately and healthily. Exercise regularly. Study hard for a better living in the future so that you can provide for your loved ones. In this way, you can give them financial protection and security. =) Thanks for your comment! Listen up for our assembly announcement in early March. You may just be lucky winner for Feb! =) Ms Seow

aloysius3e5: nice content, i love those cranes as they symbolise goodwill and purity, goodluck people belive that 1000 cranes can help to cure ones illnesses and take away misery. when they are struck with a terminal illness they fold 1000 cranes before they die in hope that a miracle will happen and they might be free from this misery.

I think that i should defend things i care. E.g families. Most of all, we should pass this message to other people so that they will feel like us. We should be a role model to be an example for others.

I feel that this talk was meaningful and helped us to broaden our view on total defence and understand fully what it's about. And it also teaches us and lets us think about what we will DEFEND.

I think it was a good idea for the 4e classes to hold out a food rationing exercise. It helps us understand what our forefathers went through last time. My friends and I bought the sweet potatoes and biscuits during recess =)
